FAQs

  • Renters must have a valid drivers license and full coverage insurance (collision and comprehensive) that covers the cost of the vehicle.

  • We offer delivery and pick-up within the Phoenix metro area. Terms and conditions apply.

  • Multiple guests can drive our vehicles if they have full coverage insurance and are listed on the rental agreement.

  • Each vehicle has an allotted number of free miles that is included in the daily rental fee. This number will vary based on the vehicle model. This can be increased with additional fees applied.

  • If your full coverage insurance is in good standing, we will allow clients under the age of 25 to rent a vehicle as long as their insurance covers the vehicle they wish to rent.

  • Your phone number will be used exclusively to send you messages you have opted to receive based on your consent. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

    By providing your phone number you consent to receive text messages from Vivid Luxury LLC regarding your inquiries, account updates, and other relevant information. Message frequency will vary.
